There have been attempts to restart roleplaying on this site since the origional Friendships and Troubles, including one started by me, and none of them have yet reached a satisfactory conclusion.

I would like to have another bash, but first I think we should lay out a setting and some ground rules first perhaps, in case someone comes along waving their sword of plot derailment and using their mighty deus ex machina spell.
Would be well up for it all the same.

There's some sort of internet game which simulates government (I forget the name, some people were talking about it), by presenting you with a series of policy descisions, which you have to decide on.
In this game, having a law free society that is also free of crime is entirely possible.
