Subversion will be down for maintainence for several hours, starting immediately.
Once the service is back online, we (should) have our bug/issue tracker integrated with SVN which will make things a bazillion times easier for me.

Subversion is now back up.

You can log in using GineverAccount 4.0 and report issues.
The log-in system for Subversion is still separate (because I had difficulty integrating it with GineverAccount 4.0) but now uses e-mail addresses for authentication, in order to be consistent and to allow easy usermapping within the Redmine tracker. Anyone who previously had access to SVN should be able to use their Subversion account to commit to the test project that's listed there (use your GA 4 email address along with your old SVN password)
